​We are seeking a proactive and experienced Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The successful candidate will ensure smooth operations, manage incidents effectively, and uphold the safety and security of company property.

• Manage the smooth operation of daily activities on the floor.

• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance and support as needed.

• Handle incidents promptly and take necessary mitigation steps.

• Follow and enforce the company's incident protocol.

• Ensure the safety and security of company property and assets.

• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency.

• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.

• Prepare and maintain accurate reports on operations and incidents.

• Communicate effectively with management, staff, and other stakeholders.

• Cert III in Individual Support or a related field (preferred)

• First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certifications.

• Current Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.

• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
